Moixa Energy Holdings. It’s nothing
earth-shattering, just a nickel-metal
hydride cell that can be recharged
from your computer’s USB port, eliminating the need for an external charger.
At present, only the AA size is available,
but a 9V version will be available soon,
and subsequent introductions will
include power cells for phones, cameras, and other devices. The downside
is that a pair of them costs $17.95,
but think of all the alkaline batteries
that won’t be going into landfills.
